Does Slingshot SMS work outside the US and Canada?

Not currently. International SMS deliverability requires per-country carrier registration that adds cost without proportional recovery. Use email for international alerts. International SMS is on the roadmap.

Is Slingshot SMS TCPA compliant?

Yes. The signup widget includes the legally-required disclosure language and a double opt-in confirmation step. Opt-out via STOP keyword is supported. Opt-out timestamps and consent records are retained.

Can I use SMS alongside email alerts?

Yes, and it's recommended. Most stores see best recovery offering both channels and letting the shopper pick at signup. SMS performs better for time-sensitive products; email wins on considered purchases.
