Terms of Service

By installing or using Slingshot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Slingshot is a Shopify application that enables merchants to send back-in-stock email and SMS notifications to customers who have expressed interest in out-of-stock products.

• You must have a valid Shopify store to use Slingshot
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not use Slingshot for any illegal purposes

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, TCPA)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Slingshot immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may uninstall Slingshot at any time through your Shopify admin.

Slingshot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slingshot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
