On Starter and Free, alerts ship from a shared Slingshot domain — fine for low volume but Pro is recommended above 1,000 alerts a month.

Can I customize the email templates?

Yes on Starter and Pro. Six templates ship out of the box (Bold, Classic, Commerce, Editorial, Essential, Modern). You can edit subject line, body, colors, and logo without code. Free uses the templates as-shipped.

How do unsubscribes work?

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the header (per Gmail and Yahoo 2024 rules) and in the footer. Unsubscribed shoppers are removed from future alerts immediately.

Can I send emails in multiple languages?

Yes. Free includes 1 customer locale, Starter includes 3, Pro includes unlimited. Templates and copy are translated per locale.
